Our next finditinsandwell Breakfast club is a "Meet the Engineering Buyer special" taking place on Thursday 16th February, and we've got a corker lined up for you thanks to a visit from engineering, off-site manufacturers and construction services giant -Balfour Beatty Group.
finditinsandwell is giving you the chance to meet with Balfour Beatty Engineering Services's - Director of Engineering,  their Director of Procurement and his team of buyers,  –  the people tasked with sourcing materials and services for millions of pounds’ of contracts every year. .

Whether you supply materials, precision machined components, fabrications, engineering trade supplies or sub-contract services, Balfour Beatty are interested in working with high-quality local businesses such as yours.

Bob Francis, BBESL's director of engineering will give you a valuable insight into the cutting-edge design and lean manufacturing technology used in the company's offsite manufacturing processes. followed by Chris Peach, Director of Procurement who'll tell you all about the bill of materials (BOM), work packages and business opportunities being generated by their offsite operations.

At its Wednesbury plant, where it employs 125 local people, Balfour Beatty designs and makes modular buildings for many different types of commercial and residential buildings ...

At Sandwell MBC's - finditinsandwell Breakfast Club on Thursday 8th December, we're giving you the chance to meet with Galliford Try's buyers.
Galliford Try are the principal contractors for the NEC's new £90m hotel and casino complex, a project for which they'll need manufacturers and suppliers of building materials, specialist fabricators, subcontractor services, and much much more.

At Decembers breakfast club, you can meet their project team - and find out first-hand what they're looking for from potential suppliers.
