Employer Ownership Pilot Fund

The Government is asking employers across all sectors whether the delivery of training, skills and apprenticeships could be better delivered. Funds have been earmarked for successful proposals and as an existing group of employers within the construction industry, we think that this is an ideal opportunity to try to take advantage of such an initiative.
The Employer Ownership Pilot Fund offers all employers direct access to public investment; up to £250 million over two years to design and deliver their own skills development and training solutions.
